Les deux registres servent bien v0.5.9 (verifie par leurs API), et le run 34126270113 montre le comportement voulu : Marketplace en echec sur `already exists`, Open VSX en succes dans le meme job grace a `always()`. Un ecart subsiste et est desormais ecrit noir sur blanc : Open VSX affiche encore l'extension comme unlicensed, parce que le job fait un checkout AU TAG et que v0.5.9 precede l'ajout du champ `license` au manifeste. Rien a corriger — deplacer le tag changerait un artefact deja distribue ; la v0.5.10 portera la licence. Deux precisions au passage : c'est `verify` et non `vscode` qui compare les versions, et un rejeu prend le workflow de la branche mais le code du tag. Bump de version : 0.5.9 → 0.5.10.
